2025 Emmaus Club Person of the Year

Congratulations and thank you, Terese Whitton, for the outstanding recognition of your service to Emmaus Netball Club!

Terese supports all teams, whether or not she has direct involvement. She consistently puts her hand up to ensure everything—and more—is done for the Club.

Terese has been an invaluable asset to the Committee this year. She has regularly stepped in to support fellow members as they settled into their roles, particularly in the management of the Club’s finances. She has played a key role in ensuring essential Club commitments such as Canteen and Tower duties are fulfilled and was instrumental in coordinating a smooth and successful Photo Day, all while keeping the Club’s finances in excellent order.

Terese can often be found on the sidelines of the 17s Cheekystars and C3 Funstars games. She is the dedicated scorer for the C3 Funstars and spends entire Saturdays supporting Club teams, cheering them on and offering her expertise—especially her scoring skills! Terese is widely regarded as the go-to person for all things Emmaus Netball.
